Tee Box Golf Co. is a brand of Battle Born Clothing in Yerington, Nevada. We make custom golf towels, embroidered golf polos, performance caps, rope caps with laser-engraved leather patches, visors and quarter-zips, and we ship nationwide. Embroidery runs on two commercial embroidery heads in our shop. Leather patches have been cut on our 80-watt CO2 laser since 2020. We are an authorized decorator for Carhartt, Nike and OGIO, so brand-name polos and caps are decorated with the logos the brands allow. Standard turnaround is 28 days from proof approval, and if we make a mistake, we redo it free. This site is for buyers who already know what they need: a tournament director with 144 players, a pro shop restocking member gear, a realtor who wants a towel-and-cap closing gift. Prices below are all-in (blank plus decoration) at each quantity break. Send artwork, quantity and style numbers and we will price it, usually the same business day.

Most of our golf work is 72 to 300 pieces for one event. One logo, one proof, one ship date. Battle Born Clothing prices every item from the real blank cost plus a decoration matrix that drops every 24 pieces, so a 144-piece tournament order is priced at the 144+ break on every item in it.
Player gift kits
The standard kit is an embroidered TW51 towel and a cap, with a polo added for higher budgets. At 144 players: towel $12.70, Richardson 112 embroidered cap $18.50, K500 polo $17.55. Build a kit on the gift kits by budget guide.
Sponsor, volunteer and staff gear
Sponsor logos on towels or caps, volunteer polos in a contrasting color, cart-crew tees. Each distinct logo is one $18.99 digitizing fee, then every piece is priced at the quantity break for that item.
Pro shop and member merchandise
Club logo on K500 and L500 polos, Richardson 220 and 225 performance caps, and rope caps with a laser-engraved leather patch. No hard minimum, so a 24-piece restock is fine. Reorders use the digitized file we already have on hand, so there is no second setup fee.

Port Authority TW51 grommeted towel
The TW51 is our hero towel: cotton terry, corner grommet with a carabiner-style hook, and a blank price of $8.70. Embroidered all-in it runs $14.70 at 24 pieces and $12.70 at 144. Full specs and pricing.
Embroidery on towels
Flat embroidery up to 6,000 stitches is included in the price. Terry loops need a bolder logo than a polo does; thin script and tiny text fill in. We proof every towel logo at actual size. See what size logo embroiders well on a towel.
Screen-printed towels
For a one-color sponsor logo on 48 or more towels, screen printing is the cheaper route: $4.34 per piece per location at 48 pieces plus $20 per screen. Multi-color prints on terry are quoted per job.
Custom golf polos
Port Authority K500 and L500 Silk Touch
The K500 (men's) and L500 (women's) are the polos we embroider most. K500 blank $13.55, left-chest embroidered $19.55 at 24 and $17.55 at 144. 2XL and up carry a $1 to $7 size upcharge.
Performance polos
K540 Silk Touch Performance, Sport-Tek and adidas A230 are moisture-wicking polyester. Nike NKDC1963 Dri-FIT is a brand polo we decorate as an authorized Nike decorator. adidas A230 and Puma 629948 are brand polos we source through our suppliers and quote per job, with brand pricing respected.
Custom golf hats
Performance caps
Richardson 220 (relaxed, lightweight) and 225 (casual, structured) are the performance caps built for a round. Flexfit 110P is a mini-piqué snapback. All take flat or 3D embroidery. Blank pricing on these styles is quoted per job; cap embroidery decoration runs $7.00 at 24 pieces down to $5.00 at 144+, including the $1 cap surcharge.
Rope caps with leather patch
The Richardson 258 five-panel rope cap with a laser-engraved leather patch is the current club and tournament favorite. Patch decoration is $7.50 at 24 and $5.00 at 144, glued with our heat process or sewn for $1 more.
Visors and dad hats
Decky 962 polo visor and YP Classics 6245CM unstructured dad hat round out the headwear. Both embroider at the cap matrix above.

How much do custom golf towels cost?
Every price here is all-in: the blank plus decoration, per piece. Blank prices on this site are supplier cost times two under $10, or cost plus 35% at $10 and up. Decoration drops every 24 pieces. How long does a tournament order take?
Standard turnaround is 28 days from the day you approve the digital proof. Count back from your event date, add a week for shipping and a buffer, and send the quote request at least 6 weeks out. Tight on time? Say so on the form. Rush is quoted per job and depends on blank stock at SanMar's Reno warehouse and our machine schedule that week.

One location up to 6,000 stitches, any thread colors, and a digital proof. Over 6,000 stitches is quoted per design.
What does digitizing cost?
$18.99 one time per design, standard 2-day. Reorders of the same design pay nothing.
What artwork do you need?
Vector (AI, EPS, PDF, SVG) is preferred. A 300 dpi PNG works. We will tell you if the file needs rework.
Can you put a sponsor logo and the event logo on the same towel?
Yes. Two locations are quoted per job, and each logo is a separate digitizing fee.
Do you do leather patch caps?
Yes. Laser-engraved leather patches since 2020 on an 80-watt CO2 laser, glued or sewn, on Richardson 258 rope caps and other styles. Patch decoration is $7.50 at 24 and $5.00 at 144.
