Custom golf towel, polo and cap pricing
Every price here is all-in: the blank plus decoration, per piece. Blank prices on this site are supplier cost times two under $10, or cost plus 35% at $10 and up. Decoration drops every 24 pieces. One-time fees are listed separately. These are Battle Born Clothing's real numbers as of November 2026.

L500 women's polo, K540 performance polo, adidas A230, Nike NKDC1963, Puma 629948 and Sport-Tek ST650 blanks are quoted per job. Decoration on them is the same matrix. 2XL and larger polos carry a $1 to $7 upcharge by size.

Cap embroidery includes a $1 cap surcharge. Sewn-on patches add $1 per piece. Richardson 220, 225, 258, Flexfit 110P, YP 6245CM and Decky 962 blanks are quoted per job. As a reference point with a known blank, a Richardson 112 trucker runs $20.50 embroidered at 24, $20.00 at 48 and $18.50 at 144; with a leather patch $21.00 at 24, $20.50 at 48 and $18.50 at 144.
One-time fees
- Embroidery digitizing: $18.99 per design, one time. Standard 2-day. Reorders of the same design pay nothing.
- Screen printing screens: $20 per screen per color.
- Flash charge on dark garments and towels: $0.25 per flash per piece.
- Embroidery over 6,000 stitches: quoted per design.
Add-ons
- Second embroidery location (sleeve, back yoke, towel second corner): quoted per job.
- Sewn-on leather patch instead of glued: +$1.00 per piece.
- Screen print, 1 color, 1 location, 48 pieces: $4.34 per piece plus $0.25 flash on dark goods. More colors or locations quoted per job.
- 2XL and up on polos and quarter-zips: $1 to $7 by size.
Customer-supplied towels, polos and caps
Bring your own goods and pay decoration only, plus $2 per item handling. Example: 48 customer-supplied towels embroidered at $5.50 + $2.00 = $7.50 each. Industry-standard spoilage allowance is about 4%; we aim for zero, but we cannot replace a blank we did not supply.
Rush
Standard turnaround is 28 days from proof approval. Rush is quoted per job once we see the artwork, the quantity and the stock position at SanMar Reno. Ask on the quote form and give us the event date.
Worked examples
144 towels for a charity scramble
144 × TW51 at $12.70 = $1,828.80. Plus $18.99 digitizing. Total $1,847.79, about $12.83 per player.
72 towels and 72 caps for a corporate outing
72 × TW51 at $14.20 = $1,022.40. 72 × Richardson 112 embroidered at $20.00 = $1,440.00. One logo, one digitizing fee of $18.99. Total $2,481.39, about $34.46 per player.
48 member polos for a pro shop
48 × K500 at $19.05 = $914.40. Plus $18.99 digitizing. Total $933.39. Add 2XL upcharges for any larger sizes in the run.
24 closing-gift kits for a realtor
24 × TW51 at $14.70 = $352.80. 24 × Richardson 112 embroidered at $20.50 = $492.00. Digitizing $18.99. Total $863.79, about $35.99 per kit.
48 sponsor towels, screen printed
48 × (TW51 blank $8.70 + print $4.34 + flash $0.25) = $637.92. Plus one screen at $20. Total $657.92, $13.71 each.
